Seeking young people ages 14-20 from the Greater Lansing area for a very special, grant-funded Filmmaking Workshop at Lansing Public Media Center.  Participants will explore the art of filmmaking hands-on with video artists Quinn Jiles & Petra Daher.
The Young Filmmakers will examine the power of storytelling, study and critique the role of media in society and script and produce video projects with a purpose. They will work as a team with other artists to plan and produce projects and learn the basics of video production, including scripting, camera techniques, video editing and graphic design.
